Christina Tulloch

Christina M. Tulloch practices in the following areas of law: Family Law, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, Mental Health Law, Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Traffic Law. Mrs. Tulloch practices throughout the Northern Virginia region, including Clarke, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick/Winchester, Loudoun, Prince William and Warren Counties.

Mrs. Tulloch is admitted to practice in all Virginia Courts.

Biography: Mrs. Tulloch is a Virginia native and has lived in Northern Virginia her entire life. She is very active in her local community and sees the practice of law as an extension of her desire to serve others.

Mrs. Tulloch has always wanted to be an attorney who invokes change on behalf of others and seeks to obtain the goals of her clients. It is this desire that continues to drive Mrs. Tulloch to obtain the best outcomes for her clients.

While at Virginia Tech, Mrs. Tulloch was a political science major with a focus in legal studies. She was actively involved in Virginia Tech’s Leadership Program, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and the Virginia Tech Student Alumni Association.

While attending law school, Mrs. Tulloch worked with a sole practitioner at a local law firm where she was able to gain a broad array of legal experience. She provided pro bono legal services to the indigent – receiving special recognition for the amount of pro bono legal assistance she provided to those in the community. Mrs. Tulloch was an executive member of her law school’s trial advocacy team, competing in legal advocacy competitions across the nation where she received many awards for her trial advocacy skills. During school breaks Mrs. Tulloch also interned with the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted cases prior to her graduation.

Mrs. Tulloch is innovative, compassionate, experienced and effective in her approach of assisting clients through the intricacies and difficulties of the litigation process. Mrs. Tulloch’s attention to detail and diligence truly sets her apart. Her empathetic approach allows for valued relationships with clients in striving to achieve amenable results in the most difficult situations. Mrs. Tulloch prides herself on quality advocacy with an emphasis on ensuring the client feels involved and educated through the entire legal process – both inside and outside the courtroom.
